Dr. Yann Lussiez.
Educator, school leader, and marathon runner. Working at the intersection of empathic leadership and culturally responsive schools.
Born in Lille and raised between France and Colorado, Yann has spent three decades inside classrooms and faculty meetings on four continents. His path began with a Peace Corps post in the Central African Republic and continued through international schools in Venezuela and Turkey, schools across New Mexico, and four years leading a lower-school division at Kamehameha Schools Maui.
His work centers on a single question: how do we build schools that are both intellectually serious and deeply humane?
